After having a hands-on treatment, clients can typically expect to feel slightly sore for the next 24-48 hours. This is usually the skin being sensitive after treatments that apply a lot of pressure, such as as sports massage. However, the pain you first came in with should be reduced and range of movement should feel easier.
Upon arrival, you will be asked to record some personal details on a consultation form and sign a disclaimer, in order to consent to treatment. Your injury/pain will be thoroughly assessed using a combination of active, passive and resisted special tests, along with a detailed note taking of your conditions history. After treatment, you will be given some aftercare advice and be emailed a link to your rehabilitation programme

However, the more complicated the injury, the more appointments you may need. However, where we differ from other professionals is that we do not expects clients to see us every week. Yes we do. We now take full payments upfront, meaning clients have to pay 100% of the treatment price to confirm their booking. This helps us to reduce our cancelations/no-shows. Along with this, we reserve the right to keep the full amount paid if a client cancels or postpones their appointment with less than 24 hours notice.
